My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms seemed recently renovated, clean overall, but I couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature. The poolside view was lovely, and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. However, the walls were not soundproof, and I could hear noise from the next room.
I stayed at this hotel to prepare for my trip to Pulau Seribu on December 24th. The room was a bit dirty and messy, with construction workers making too much noise at 4:45 PM. On the bright side, the king-sized beds were comfortable.
The hotel is located at Ancol beach, offering pretty comfortable rooms with a poolside view, friendly staff, and good food. However, the rooms are not ready until 4.30 pm, slightly limiting the check-in time.
The hotel is literally a stone's throw away from Dunia Fantasi Ancol, making it perfect for families looking to have a blast in the theme park area. The rooms were not ready upon my arrival, but the housekeeping supervisor was quick to ensure everything was in order. The kids activity room was a hit with my little ones, offering a fun and safe space for them to play.
The deluxe room is not soundproof and lacks a view, with the window facing directly towards another wall, making it noisy at times. The location requires registration with the company or paying an entry fee to access the Ancol area, with small spaces to enjoy the attractions. The dining experience may require additional costs and improvements for guest convenience.
